Refunds and Returns
All prints are produced on demand and made specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number, and
-
clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will review each case individually and, if the issue is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and printing processes and do not qualify as defects.
